On 80th anniversary of Loveland’s Pulliam Building, community members reflect on refurbishment – Reporter-Herald

The Reporter-Herald wrote up a great article about the historic value of the Pulliam Building and the restoration project.

A “gem of local history”; a “sleeping beauty”; even “a Ferrari used to go to the grocery store” — devotees to Loveland’s historic downtown Pulliam Community Building have used many terms to describe the current condition of the local landmark.

Monday was the 80th anniversary of the April 30, 1938, completion of the building at 545 N. Cleveland Ave. In honor of the date, members of the community working to restore some of the building’s former grandeur reflected on recent developments to the space and its history as a Loveland landmark.
