The 550 chairs on the auditorium floor have been removed to create a wide-open, multi-purpose room with 4500 square feet of original maple hardwood floor. It will hold up to 600 people. The 2500 square foot basement and other meeting rooms offer versatile space for hundreds of different events:
Small school graduations
Boys & Girls Club events
Stone Age Fair
Square dance festivals
Education and training
...the list is endless!
A recent study shows that the Pulliam would appeal to an eclectic group of concert promoters. Vintage architecture, central location, reasonable rental fees, accessible parking, nearby eateries, boutique shopping, and craft breweries are additional draws.
How could your family or organization benefit from this building?
“I’m a part of True Sight Collective, an art collective of young artists from Loveland that is interested in hosting a night of music/film/and live art at the Pulliam Community Building. We want to host the event Oct 20, 2018, and were curious if the space would be available for that date?”
